Suited For Success (S4S) provides business suits and job coaching to men and women in transition seeking employment. Shara’s program motto is immediate and simple. “Changing the Mind, Body, and Soul of clients, One Suit at a Time. She has done just that for 20 years thanks to her partnership with the Men’s Wearhouse National Suit Drive where her charity, Suited For Success has been the recipient for the past 12 years. She is now launching her own annual “Suited Up” suit drive to restock her closet and continue the legacy started by the partnership with the National Suit Drive.

Shara has worked with some “A” list clients who were “Bringing their “A” Games in the TV, Film, Sports, Theater and Art industries for over 25 years.

Shara has been featured on CNN recently for her work as a Champion For Change in her community. Shara and her nonprofit have been featured in national magazines like the Ladies Home Journal in an article titled, “Well Suited” and other media outlets including ABC, NBC, CBS, Jacksonville Free Press, and the local Florida Times Union newspaper. She is a Certified Business and Lifestyle Coach and the Co-author of three books and is now working on her personal book that will take you on a journey into the day and life of a “A Woman on Purpose”. Coach Shara has been called Coach Bling because of her love of Bling and Bold Statement jewelry that she wears. As you can see on the cover of her new book, Bringing Your A Game, Bling is a key part of her Brand.

Business Beauty Bling (B3) was created and designed from the combination of her areas of expertise, Shara has been coaching women and entrepreneurs in business start up tips and strategies for over 30 years, Shara was in the Beauty industry as a Cosmetologist and Salon Owner, which lead to her coaching and styling her celebrity clients in Branding, and Bling not only represents her love of Bling jewelry, but her “A” Game. Using her Business savvy coaching, her love for beauty and her passion for Bling, made her the successful Coach she is today and earned her the title “Coach Bling”. Coach Shara has started her online Business Beauty Bling Boutique which is both a virtual and in person “Pop Up Shop” that caters to her new women’s business initiative called “Build HER Business”.

Shara is the Creator of the BYAG Coach Connection, a coaching membership platform designed as a one-on-one coaching portal for men and women to connect, network and collaborate with other like-minded people who desire to become entrepreneurs, authors and coaches on the journey to Bringing Their “A” Game.

Shara’s nonprofit organization, Suited For Success has a National Partnership with the Men’s Wearhouse National Suit Drive working together by collecting and distributing new or gently used business attire to help disadvantaged individuals regain employment through job readiness programs and workforce assistance. The National Suit Drive which is in its 12 th year, to date has collected over 2 million pieces of professional clothing and distributed them back into the communities we serve. Shara is one of the most in-demand experts for nonprofit, small business and leadership coaching.
